(SCDOT) Three Year Contract

Columbia, South Carolina- John McAllister Realty Consulting (JMRC) has been selected to provide real estate consulting services over the next three years to The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT). JMRC successfully executed The John McAllister Realty Consulting-Accelerated Marketing Process®(JMRC-AMP) on two high profile SCDOT projects within the last year. JMRC and J.L. Todd Auction Company, Inc. (JLTAC) partnered to sell fourteen homes, owned by SCDOT, in Hunters Ridge Subdivision located in Myrtle Beach, SC as part of the construction of The Carolina Bays Parkway and twelve homes located on Harrison Bridge Road, Georgia Road, Lakeview Terrace, and Frontage Road, in Greenville County, South Carolina near Simpsonville, SC as part of the I-385 Upgrade. In each of these projects JMRC and JLTAC raised more money than anticipated by SCDOT and avoided SCDOT incurring significant relocation, setup and demolition costs. SCDOT recently received honorable mention in a Federal Highway Administration Process Improvement Awards Program for utilizing the JMRC-AMP®. JMRC is a customer focused real estate consulting and brokerage firm. JLTAC has an 87-year history of auctioning state and federal funded properties, with extensive experience with The Georgia Department of Transportation and The Atlanta Airport Authority.
